When planning a trip or vacation, everyone wants to be sure that the trip will be free of any negative surprises, so it is worth finding out as much as possible about the place we go to. Below we have collected these questions that are asked most often before arrival. To see the answer, just click on the question.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is included in the price of accommodation?

The range of services included in the price depends on the type of stay. In our offer you can find holidays, accommodation, recreational packages, stays with treatments and other services. The following elements are included in the price of stay:

  • Stay in a chosen room, house or apartment
  • Admission to the indoor swimming pool with heated sea water - for some stays *
  • Entrance to the SPA complex - for some stays *
  • The use of other attractions of the resort, such as: a playground for children, a volleyball court, a ping-pong table.

* The exact range of services covered by the price is included in the offer that you want to use. For some types of stay (e.g. accommodation or renting a house) access to the pool and Spa may be limited or paid extra (in the case of special promotional prices).

What is the standard room equipment?

In our rooms, there are:

  • beds (thick mattress with dimensions 90 × 190 cm)
  • a wardrobe
  • a desk
  • a bedside table
  • a chair
  • a bedside lamp
  • a mirror
  • towels
  • there is a possibility for the guest to rent a TV set free of charge to the room

Higher standard rooms (Comfort type) are characterized, above all, with a larger area and have additional equipment:

  • Electric kettle, cups
  • Hair dryer
  • Table + seats
  • Additional shelves and lamps

Electric kettle, fridge, microwave oven - are available in the kitchenette - available to all guests on the second floor of the main resort building. All rooms are equipped with en suit bathrooms - with all facilities (shower, washbasin, toilet).

What is worth remembering when arriving to cottage?

We would like to note that stays in holiday cottage (Dutch cottages) are an economic offer characterized by very affordable prices. Therefore, we ask you to remember the most important issues:

  • equipment of cottages does NOT include TOWELS - please bring your own, we do not rent them.
  • in the house there are 4 sleeping places and 4 sets of bedding - if you arrive in a larger group - please bring your own sleeping bags and covers.
  • the price of renting a house DOES NOT CONTAIN access to the pool and spa complex - these are additionally paid services.
  • due to the fact that the payment for water and electricity is charged according to meter readings, please use the media wisely so that you do not increase the cost of your stay unnecessarily.

In return, you receive an excellent location, service and security at very attractive prices.

I arrive once again so can i get a discount for the stay?

At EDEN Resort & Spa, there is currently no loyalty system for regular guests, which would allow for discounts in the payment for the stay. We can, however, offer you discounts for: longer stays (minimum 14 nights) and early payment discount (the stay paid in full for a minimum of 60 days before arrival). We would also like to point out that the majority of package offers are also constructed in such a way that they contain many attractive discounts: concerning the price of the stay itself or the additional services contained in them.

We also encourage you to make reservations via the booking panel at our website, where most offers are also subject to an additional discount.

At the same time, we kindly inform you that the staff of the center is not authorized to grant any additional discounts beyond the indicated ones. Thank you for Your understanding.

Dressing gowns

At EDEN Resort & Spa, you can rent our company dressing gown. The rental price is PLN 25 - regardless of the length of stay.

For guests using some of the package offers – dressing gowns are provided FREE OF CHARGE! Details in the descriptions of offers.

Is there beach equipment in the rooms?

Rooms, apartments and cottages are not equipped with beach equipment. The resort does not have its own rental office either. During the holiday season there are many points of sale offering windbreaks, deck chairs, etc near the resort. You can also take advantage of a rental service by the beach.

Internet access

We enable you to use the Internet on the following rules:

  • wireless (WiFi) - throughout the entire hotel area.
  • in rooms, access is also possible via a LAN cable (the computer must be equipped with a network card and operating system). Note: it is necessary to have your own cable - you can also buy a cable at the reception of the resort.
  • 2 computer workstations in the café.

Access to the internet network is free. We also inform you that the quality of the Internet connection is limited by the technical parameters provided by the Internet provider, which is why we have no influence on temporary problems with access to the network. How to get to the center?

Does the resort offer children discounts?

We offer discounted prices for stays of children up to 12 years old!
Rules for the stay of children in the rooms:

  • Children 0-3 years FREE - with a place to sleep on the existing beds, without separate bedding and without meals
  • Children 3-12 years - depending on the range of food and the type of accommodation - the basic price with 1 or 3 meals depending on the period of stay (1/2 serving) is 100-110 PLN / 1 day *
  • Children and youth above 12 years of age, full, basic stay prices apply.

* there are additional discounts for accommodation on the extra bed and other catering options.

In apartments and houses different prices and different range of meals apply. Details can be found in price lists.

When does the hotel night start and end?

The hotel night begins at 15.00 and ends at 10.00.

At what time is breakfast served?

Usually, breakfast is served from 8.00-10.00. At certain times, these hours may be slightly changed.

What type of payment is accepted?

You can pay for your stay in several ways:

  • By bank transfer to the account no.: 81 1090 1711 0000 0001 0801 1515 (account in PLN)
  • Cash
  • Debit and credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro
  • Through the DOTPAY payment service - also with credit cards from home and abroad
  • We accept TravelPass travel vouchers and payments through the My Benefit system

Note: Payments for treatments and the local tax are accepted only in cash - on site.

Animals in the resort

Each arrival with an animal requires prior agreement with the reception. We only accept small, quiet and non-aggressive animals, with a valid vaccination book.

The stay in the resort is only possible in rooms on the ground floor. A fee and a deposit apply.
•    PLN 50/1 day (in the room at the resort)
•    PLN 30 / 1 day (in a house or apartment).

We remind you that when deciding to come with an animal, you are fully responsible for its behavior and possible damage.

Can i smoke in the center?

Out of concern for comfort and health of our guests, smoking in prohibited throughout the resort, in all areas, rooms, cottages and apartments, also on balconies and terraces.

The only place where you can smoke is a designated place at the main terrace.

How to prepare for an active stay?

To take full advantage of the physical activity program offered by the resort, take appropriate clothes and footwear with you:

  • Tracksuit
  • T-shirts
  • a warm sweatshirt – fleece
  • sports footwear – sneakers
  • light, soft footwear for exercising in the gym
  • stable, strong shoes suitable for cross-country walking
  • outfit for the pool
  • waterproof jacket or raincoat
  • headgear – appropriate to the season
  • a warm, sporty jacket (in autumn and winter).

In addition, we recommend taking: 2 large towels, flip-flops, a hairdryer and cosmetics with sunscreen adapted to the type of skin.

Security in the hotel

We have a warehouse for sports equipment, bicycles, etc. brought by you. Other valuable items should be submitted to the deposit at the hotel reception.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that we do not accept any money, credit cards or items that are too large or too valuable for the reception deposit.

Healthcare facilities in Mielno

In Mielno there is a medical clinic, which accepts all patients from Monday to Friday. There is also a pharmacy at the clinic, which works every day until late in the evening.

An ambulance and a doctor

Near the Eden resort there is a medical point where you can buy medicines and dispense prescriptions. During the season there is an ambulance on duty in Mielno with a medical team in case of emergency. It is possible to order a privately paid doctor's house call (internist).

For small children, the reception desk also has several contacts of pediatricians who, for a fee, come to the center for consultations. In nearby Koszalin there is a hospital with a rescue unit, specialist clinics and numerous pharmacies.

We provide the information

Each time and at any time of day you can turn to the reception, where you will get the most professional help - calling a doctor, ambulance, basic medicines and dressings. Remember to take insurance evidence to avoid problems with admission to health care facilities.

We are also pleased to inform you that our staff is - almost entirely - trained in the professional first aid.
