When planning a trip or vacation, everyone wants to be sure that the trip will be free of any negative surprises, so it is worth finding out as much as possible about the place we go to. Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is included in the price of accommodation?

The scope of services included in the price depends on the type of stay. In our offer you can find holidays, accommodation, recreational packages, stays with treatments and other services. The price of the stay includes the following elements:  Accommodation in a selected room, cottage or apartment. Admission to the indoor pool with heated sea water - for some stays * Entrance to the SPA complex - for some stays * Use of other attractions of the resort, such as: playground, volleyball court, table for ping-pong table. * The exact scope of services included in the price is included in the offer that you want to use. For some types of stay (e.g. accommodation alone or renting a house), access to the pool and Spa may be limited or fully paid (in the case of special promotional prices).  

What is the standard room equipment?

Our rooms usually have:  beds (thick mattress measuring 90 × 190 cm), wardrobe, desk, bedside table, chair, bedside lamp, mirror, towels, the guest can rent a TV set for free in the room. Rooms with a higher standard (Comfort type) stand out above all with a larger surface and have additional equipment:  Electric kettle, cups Hair dryer Table + seats Extra shelves and lamps Electric kettle, fridge, microwave - are available in the kitchenette - available to all guests on the second floor of the main building. All rooms are equipped with their own bathrooms - with full sanitary facilities (shower, sink, toilet).  

What is worth remembering when arriving to cottage?

We would like to point out that stays in holiday homes (Dutch homes) are an economical offer with very affordable prices. Therefore, please remember the most important issues:  cottage equipment does not include TOWELS - please bring your own, we do not rent. there are 4 sleeping places and 4 bedding sets in the house - if you come in a larger composition - please bring your own sleeping bags and bedding. the price for renting the cottage does NOT include access to the pool and spa complex - these are services payable extra. Due to the fact that the payment for water and electricity is charged according to meter readings, please use the media wisely so that you do not increase the cost of stay unnecessarily. In return, you will receive an excellent location, service and security at very attractive prices.  

I arrive once again so can i get a discount for the stay?

At EDEN Resort & Spa at the moment there is no loyalty system for regular guests that would entitle them to discounts in residence fees. We can, however, offer you discounts for: longer stays (minimum 14 nights) and early payment discount (stay fully paid for the minimum 60 days before arrival.) More about this promotion ...  We would also like to note that the majority of package offers are also structured in such a way that they contain many attractive discounts: regarding the price of the stay itself or additional services contained therein.  We also encourage you to make a reservation through the reservation panel on our website, where most offers are also covered by an additional discount.  At the same time, we would like to kindly inform you that the staff of the center is not authorized to grant any additional discounts other than those indicated. Thank you for understanding.  

Dressing gowns

At EDEN Resort & Spa you can rent our company cotton bathrobe. The rental price is 25 PLN - regardless of the length of stay.  For guests using some package offers - bathrobes are FREE OF CHARGE! Details in offer descriptions.  

Is there beach equipment in the rooms?

Rooms, apartments and cottages are not equipped with beach equipment. The resort does not have its own rental office either. During the holiday season there are many points of sale offering windbreaks, deck chairs, etc near the resort. You can also take advantage of a rental service by the beach.

Internet access

We enable you to use the Internet on the following principles:  wireless (WiFi) - throughout the hotel part. in rooms additional access possible via a LAN cable (the computer must be equipped with a network card and an operating system). Note: it is necessary to have your own cable - you can also buy the cable at the reception of the center. 2 computer stations in the cafe. Access to the internet is free. We would also like to inform that the quality of the Internet connection is limited by technical parameters provided by the Internet provider, therefore we have no influence on temporary problems with access to the network. How to get to the center?

Does the resort offer children discounts?

We offer promotional prices for stays of children up to 12 years old! Rules for children in rooms:  Children 0-3 years FOR FREE - with a place to sleep on the carers' bed, without separate bedding and without meals; Children 3-12 years - depending on the scope of food and type of accommodation - the basic price with 1 or 3 meals depending on the period of stay (1/2 serving) is 100-110 PLN / 1 day * Children and teenagers over 12 years old have full, basic prices of stay. * additional discounts apply for extra bed accommodation and other food options.  Apartments and cottages have different prices and a different range of meals. Details in the price lists.  

When does the hotel night start and end?

The hotel night begins at 15.00 and ends at 10.00.

At what time is breakfast served?

Usually, breakfast is served from 8.00-10.00. At certain times, these hours may be slightly changed.

What type of payment is accepted?

You can pay for your stay in several ways:  By transfer to the account: 81 1090 1711 0000 0001 0801 1515 (account in PLN) Cash Payment and credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro Through the DOTPAY payment service - also with credit cards from Poland and abroad We accept TravelPass and vouchers via the My Benefit system Note : Payments for treatments and tourist tax are accepted only in cash - on the spot.  

Animals in the resort

Each arrival with an animal requires prior agreement with the reception. We only accept small, quiet and non-aggressive animals, with a valid vaccination book.

The stay in the resort is only possible in rooms on the ground floor. A fee and a deposit apply.
•    PLN 50/1 day (in the room at the resort)
•    PLN 30 / 1 day (in a house or apartment).

We remind you that when deciding to come with an animal, you are fully responsible for its behavior and possible damage.

Can i smoke in the center?

Out of concern for comfort and health of our guests, smoking in prohibited throughout the resort, in all areas, rooms, cottages and apartments, also on balconies and terraces.

The only place where you can smoke is a designated place at the main terrace.

How to prepare for an active stay?

To fully and safely take advantage of the physical activity program offered by the center, you should bring appropriate clothing and footwear:  Tracksuits T-shirts warm sweatshirt - fleece sports footwear - lightweight sneakers, soft footwear for exercising in the gym stable, strong shoes adapted for walks in the field outfit for a swimming pool waterproof suit with orthalion or raincoat headgear - adapted to the season warm, sporty a jacket (in autumn and winter). In addition, we recommend that you take: 2 large towels, flip-flops, a hair dryer and cosmetics with a sunscreen suited to your skin type.  

Security in the hotel

We have a warehouse for sports equipment, bicycles, etc. brought by you. Other valuable items should be submitted to the deposit at the hotel reception.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that we do not accept any money, credit cards or items that are too large or too valuable for the reception deposit.

Healthcare facilities in Mielno

There is a medical clinic in Mielno, which receives all patients from Monday to Friday. There is also a pharmacy at the clinic, which works daily until the late evening hours.  Ambulance and doctor  Near the Eden center there is a medical point where you can buy medicine and get your prescriptions. An ambulance with a medical team is on duty for the season in Mielno in case of an emergency. It is possible to order a private paid medical visit (internist).  For small children, the reception at the center also has several contacts of pediatricians who come to the center for consultation for a fee. In nearby Koszalin there is a hospital with an emergency department, specialist clinics and numerous pharmacies.  We provide information  Each time and at any time you can contact the reception of the center, where you will receive the most professional help possible - call a doctor, an ambulance, basic medicines and dressings. Remember to bring insurance evidence to avoid problems with admission to health care facilities.  We are also pleased to inform you that our staff - almost entirely - are trained in professional premedical first aid.
