In order to guarantee your booking, a deposit of 30% of the calculated amount is required, payable to the account of EdenSpa.pl Sp. z o.o. at Santander Bank. Payments must be made within 48 hours of the booking date. The deadline for the additional payment will be specified in the booking confirmation sent by email - a payment of 100% of the amount is required at least 21 days before arrival. Paid reservations cannot be cancelled free of charge. The terms and conditions of the reservation are specified in the General Terms and Conditions and attached to the booking confirmation in the email. Animals are not welcome in hotel rooms. We agree to keep pets that are easy to take care of in holiday houses and Scandinavian apartments.
Kinder
Children 0-4 years old ( finished years ) can stay free of charges with amount of meals picked in our offer. Child does not get extra bed, he sleeps with parents. Children 4-12 years old ( finished years) get a discount. Price is included in current offer. Crib for babys ( without bedding ) free of charges in rooms, ask for availability at reception. We also offer bathtubes with a stand for small children. We do not offer bathrobes for kids.
Parken
Every car that stays in our parking lot has to be reported at reception and has to have valid parking lot card.
