Extension (price per room, apartment or cabin):

During this time you can use the pools, SPA and parking for free.

For your safety:

In Scandinavian apartments and Dutch houses, it is possible to prepare basic meals, but cooking meals, dinners, etc. is not allowed - kitchenettes are equipped with a kettle, refrigerator, microwave, and basic kitchenware (cutlery, glasses, plates). * Note! Hotel room, Scandinavian apartment, and family house are not suitable for using electric stoves, gas stoves, electric heaters, etc. The facility regulations prohibit the use of such devices on your own. For unauthorized and unsanctioned use of the above devices, the owner has the right to withhold the deposit in full as per the facility regulations or to impose a penalty of 500 PLN.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire facility. Smokers are invited to one designated smoking area on the premises. Smoking in rooms and on the premises is forbidden - a penalty of 500 PLN applies.
Note! Availability of some services such as the pool, SPA complex, café, dining room, massages, etc. depends on the current GIS regulations, e.g., related to the COVID-2019 pandemic.

Conditions of reservation

Advance payment of 30% by traditional bank transfer to a bank account

In order to guarantee your booking, a deposit of 30% of the calculated amount is required, payable to the account of EdenSpa.pl Sp. z o.o. at Santander Bank. Payments must be made within 48 hours of the booking date. The deadline for the additional payment will be specified in the booking confirmation sent by email - a payment of 100% of the amount is required at least 21 days before arrival. Paid reservations cannot be cancelled free of charge. The terms and conditions of the reservation are specified in the General Terms and Conditions and attached to the booking confirmation in the email. Payments to the account: 26 1090 1711 0000 0001 4488 2205 (Santander). Please include your booking number (e.g. WW/76234) in the transfer title. Payee: EdenSpa.pl Spółka z o.o., ul. Animals

Animals are not welcome in hotel rooms. We agree to keep pets that are easy to take care of in holiday houses and Scandinavian apartments.

Children

Children 0-4 years old ( finished years ) can stay free of charges with amount of meals picked in our offer. Child does not get extra bed, he sleeps with parents. Children 4-12 years old ( finished years) get a discount. Price is included in current offer. Crib for babys ( without bedding ) free of charges in rooms, ask for availability at reception. We also offer bathtubes with a stand for small children. We do not offer bathrobes for kids.

Parking

Every car that stays in our parking lot has to be reported at reception and has to have valid parking lot card.
