EDEN Resort&Spa in Mielno-Unieście is a facility that for years has specialized in organizing active recreation and stays aimed at improving body shape, well-being, and overall fitness.

We make use of nature

Unlike many other seaside resorts geared mainly towards guests seeking 'beach relaxation', the aim of Eden's management is to use the area's natural environmental and landscape conditions to organise effective and enjoyable stays that combine rest, biological regeneration and proper nutrition with physical activity sessions – conducted under the supervision of experienced, professional instructors. The treatment facilities perfectly complement the offer, providing the opportunity to take advantage of numerous therapeutic and aesthetic treatments.

Health is the foundation

The second pillar on which the stay programmes are based is a healthy cuisine, built on natural, fresh products, without using additives commonly used in collective catering that make meal preparation easier but are not neutral to health. Continuous supervision by a dietitian allows us to offer guests not only healthy, home-style meals, but also a balanced, easily digestible, reduced-calorie diet which, combined with the physical activity programme, enables the loss of excess weight in a healthy and safe way.

Family business

The company managing the centre is a family-run local business long associated with the tourism and food sectors. At the time the current owner purchased the property, the building and the entire infrastructure were in a state of severe wear and exhaustion and the whole required a major renovation. Practically since then, renovation and modernization works have been continuously carried out at the centre.

In 2012 a major investment was made – the expansion of the accommodation facilities. 19 modern, two-level family apartments built in a Scandinavian style were handed over for guest use. At the turn of 2013/2014 another investment was carried out: a thorough modernization of the pool and spa area was completed. In 2016–2017 further actions were planned aimed at expanding the entertainment and recreational facilities, modernizing the accommodation area and the shared utility spaces in the centre – in line with the latest trends.
