The Wellness Zone at Eden Resort & Spa is a recreational complex designed with families and couples in mind. We maintain a comfortable water temperature in our pools, allowing guests to enjoy the aquatic facilities regardless of weather conditions.
Pools
with heated water
At our resort we provide bathing areas suitable for adults and children:
- Indoor pool with wading pool: A heated indoor pool located in the main building. It has a separate shallow area for the youngest guests.
- Outdoor pool with wading pool: A seasonal heated pool located in the garden area of the resort. Equipped with a wading pool at a safe depth for children.
Therapeutic warm water!
We invite our guests to use the large indoor pool with heated water (temperature 28-30°C). The pool is located on the first floor in a spacious, sunny room. At the pool there is an SPA complex, a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, a relaxation area and a brine graduation tower.

Wellness facilities and recovery
Guests of Eden can enjoy unlimited access to the pools and SPA area:
- 3 SPA hydromassage tubs: Stations for water and air massage, located in the Wellness area.
- Finnish (dry) sauna: A classic high-temperature cabin that supports immunity and recovery after an active day.
- Brine graduation tower: An installation that enriches the air with iodine and trace elements, creating a healthy, sea-like microclimate.
- Steam bath: A sauna with high air humidity, beneficial to the respiratory system.

Activities
and Class Schedule
Recreational infrastructure serves as the basis for the activity program carried out at the resort:
- Water aerobics: Classes held in the pool according to the weekly schedule*
- Multipurpose hall: Space designated for carrying out the remaining items of the activity program for adults and children.
Pleasant baths

The advantage of our pool is the specific shape of the basin – a gentle transition from the shallow part (50 cm) to the deep part (150 cm). This allows for organizing water gymnastics classes, as well as pleasant bathing for children and adults becoming accustomed to the water. A wading pool is separated for the youngest. The safety of bathers is ensured by qualified lifeguard staff.
The exceptional healing properties of salty water have been known for years. Moreover – when heated to a high temperature it emits a distinctive, therapeutic aroma. It is an excellent offer for both individual guests and families with children!

- Available between 10:00 and 20:00
- Dimensions 10m x 20m, depth: 50 cm - 150 cm
- Due to the program of physical activities conducted at the resort, group reservations, children’s classes and necessary hygiene and sanitary procedures, the pool may be periodically closed for use during certain hours of the day. For safety reasons and in accordance with the applicable regulations, the lifeguard may refuse entry to additional persons if the pool becomes overcrowded.

Good to know
We care about your comfort
For safety reasons and to ensure proper hygiene, the number of people present simultaneously at the swimming pool and in the spa complex is limited. Entry to the pool may be based on an identification wristband and/or an access card. Access is electronically controlled, and the number of people is regulated automatically by the system. In the event of temporary overcrowding of the pool, please use the pool at another time.
