When planning a trip or vacation, everyone wants to be sure that the trip will be free of any negative surprises. That is why it is worth finding out as much as possible about the place we are going to.

Frequently Asked Questions
The range of services included in the price depends on the type of stay. In our offer you can find holidays, overnight stays, recreational packages, stays with treatments and other services. The following items are included in the price of the stay:
- Accommodation in the selected room, cabin or apartment
- Admission to two heated pools - hours and pool schedule - available at reception.
- Access to the SPA complex
- Use of other resort attractions, such as: children's playground, sports fields, ping-pong tables, and the multi-purpose room
- BB or HB board depending on the purchased package.
The exact scope of services included in the price is specified in the offer you choose.
Our rooms come standard with:
- beds (thick mattress measuring 90×190 cm)
- wardrobe
- desk
- nightstand
- chair
- bedside lamp
- mirror
- towels
- guests may borrow a TV receiver for the room free of charge
Higher-standard rooms (Comfort type) are primarily larger in size and include additional amenities:
- electric kettle, cups
- hairdryer
- small table + armchairs
- additional shelves and lamps
SMART-type rooms with kitchenette without a kitchenette, Scandinavian Apartments, Holiday Cottages - are standardly equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and basic crockery. Scandinavian Apartments additionally with an induction hob and basic crockery.
We would like to point out that stays in holiday cottages (Dutch-style mobile homes) are an economical option, offering very affordable prices. Therefore, please remember the most important points:
- The cottages' equipment DOES NOT include TOWELS – please bring your own, we do not offer rentals.
- There are 4 sleeping places in the unit and 4 sets of bed linen – if you are arriving with a larger (registered) party – please bring your own sleeping bags and duvet covers.
- The rental price of the cottage INCLUDES access to the pools and the SPA complex during pool opening hours
- Since payment for water and electricity is charged according to meter readings (or as a flat rate according to the price list) we ask that you use utilities reasonably so as not to unnecessarily increase the cost of your stay.
In return, you will receive an excellent location, service and security at very attractive prices.
Eden Friends Club – loyalty program
As of 2026, Eden Resort & Spa operates a loyalty program called the Eden Friends Club. The system is based on discount tiers, the level of which depends on the number of nights stayed at the property.
Rules for granting discounts:
- Participation: Discounts are available only to registered club members.
- Discount tiers: The discount amount is calculated automatically based on the total number of nights spent at the resort.
- Online registration: New guests can join the program via the form in the booking panel on the website www.edenspa.pl.
Registration of past stays:
Guests who booked stays outside the online system (e.g., by phone) are asked to contact us by email before making another reservation. Staff will verify the stay history and assign the appropriate discount tier to the user in the system.At EDEN Resort&Spa you can rent our branded cotton bathrobe. The rental price is 25 PLN – regardless of the length of stay.
Beach equipment
Accommodation units (rooms, apartments and cottages) are not equipped with beach accessories such as sunbeds or windbreaks. The Eden resort also does not operate its own rental service for this equipment. Where to obtain beach equipment?- Purchase: During the summer season, numerous retail outlets operate in the immediate vicinity of the resort offering a full range of beach equipment.
- Rental: Renting sunbeds and windbreaks is possible at commercial rental outlets located directly at the beach entrances.
Free Internet access (Wi-Fi)
Guests of Eden Resort & Spa can use the complimentary wireless Wi-Fi network on the property. Coverage and technical specifications:- Hotel building: full access to the network in all rooms and common areas.
- Resort grounds: limited Wi-Fi coverage in outdoor areas (outside the buildings).
- Connection stability: The quality and transfer speed depend on the technical parameters of the external provider. The resort is not responsible for temporary interruptions in signal delivery that are beyond its control.
Login instructions: Detailed information about the network name and access password is available at the resort reception.
Eden Resort & Spa is located in Mielno-Unieście at 20a Morska Street. The property is situated directly on the dune, on the first line to the sea. The main local landmarks are the Church of Our Lady, Star of the Sea and the Fishing Harbor (400 m). If coming from the center of Mielno, follow the main road toward Unieście, which becomes Morska Street. The entrance to the resort is on the left side of the road, 100 meters before the beach access.
There is a large, spacious, well-lit parking lot on the resort's fenced grounds. Parking is paid. When booking, you can add the parking service. Check current promotions.
- Accommodation: Free (child sleeps in bed with parents, without separate bedding).
- Meals: Free.
- Accommodation: Stay at a reduced price on an extra bed with a full set of bedding.
- Meals: Meals covered by a dedicated discount.
Family packages (season May–September): Ready-made family packages in 2+1 and 2+2 configurations are available in the booking panel. Prices of these offers already include discounts for children's accommodation and meals.
Hotel day
- Check-in: from 16:00.
- Check-out: until 10:00.
Rules for paid extension of stay
It is possible to extend your stay on the day of departure for a fee, subject to availability of the room or cottage.- Reception approval: The intention to check out later must be arranged with staff no later than the day before the planned departure.
- Payment requirement: Reservation of the extension must be paid at the reception at the time of booking.
- Availability: The service is provided only if there are no further reservations for the given accommodation unit.
Meal service times:
- Breakfast: 8:30 – 11:00 (on selected dates: 8:00 – 10:30).
- Evening meals: 13:00 – 17:00.
Bar and snacks:
- Bar: open from 17:00 to 22:00. It offers drinks and hot and cold snacks.
- Reception (24h): a sales point for sandwiches, drinks and light snacks available around the clock.

Payments for a stay at Eden Resort & Spa can be made by bank transfer, cash or payment card.Available payment methods:
- Cash: At the resort reception (PLN).
- Debit and credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.
- Bank transfer: Domestic payments (PLN) and international payments (EUR).

A correct payment description speeds up reservation posting. In the payment reference please include:- Reservation number (e.g. 59945).

Rules for staying with pets
Staying with a pet at Eden Resort & Spa requires prior arrangement with reception when making a reservation. We accept only small, quiet, and non-aggressive animals.Conditions for admission
- Documentation: The owner must present the animal's up-to-date vaccination record.
- Allowed accommodation: Animals may stay in Dutch cottages, Smart rooms and Scandinavian apartments.
- Prohibition: There is a complete ban on animals in hotel rooms in the main building.
Fees and security deposit
- Cost of stay: 25 PLN for each started day.
- Refundable deposit: 200 PLN. The amount must be paid in cash on the day of arrival. It serves as security against any potential material damage.
Owner's responsibility
The guest bears full responsibility for the animal's behavior on the resort premises. In the event of material damage or soiling requiring specialist cleaning, the costs will be charged to the animal's owner.Rules regarding tobacco smoking
On the grounds of Eden Resort & Spa smoking of tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited. The ban is based on the provisions of the Health Protection Act and sanitary guidelines (Sanepid). Scope of the ban:- All hotel rooms, cottages and apartments.
- All public indoor areas within the buildings.
- Balconies and terraces attached to guest units.
Designated smoking area: Smoking is permitted only in one designated outdoor location on the premises – by the main reception terrace. This is the only area in the entire 2-hectare resort where tobacco smoking is allowed.
Bicycle storage and deposit rules
The resort does not have a locked storage facility for sports equipment. Guests may use special bicycle racks located on the premises. Bicycle parking rules:- Security: Bicycles must be secured to the racks using their own locks.
- Location: The racks are located at designated points on the property.
- Responsibility: The facility is not responsible for bicycles left on the racks or other sports equipment.
- No deposit: Reception does not provide storage for valuables. We do not accept money, payment cards, electronics, or valuables for safekeeping.
- Storage in rooms: Guests store valuables in their rooms at their own risk.
Medical care and safety
In Mielno-Unieście and the surrounding area there is a full medical infrastructure providing assistance in emergencies.Medical facilities and pharmacies in Mielno
- Medical clinic: It operates from Monday to Friday.
- Pharmacy: Located next to the clinic. During the summer season it is open daily until late in the evening.
- Medical point: Located near Eden Resort & Spa. It allows the purchase of medicines and the fulfillment of prescriptions.
- Emergency medical services: During the season, a 24-hour ambulance crew is stationed in Mielno.
Medical assistance at Eden Resort & Spa
The reception desk serves as an information and coordination point for health matters:- Doctor visits: It is possible to order a private, paid visit by an internal medicine specialist or pediatrician directly to the resort.
- First aid: The staff are trained in basic pre-medical first aid.
- First-aid kit: Basic dressings and essential medicines are available at reception.
- Communication: Reception is available around the clock to assist in calling emergency services or doctors.
