We encourage making reservations at EDEN Resort&Spa! For your convenience, we have prepared several ways to make a reservation.

Important information
Telephone reservations are accepted at the phone numbers indicated in the Contact section.
Each of your orders is entered into the reservation schedule. To confirm, we contact you by phone or email to confirm the terms of stay and discuss the necessary matters (type of stay, type of accommodation, price, number of days, number of people, etc.).
Detailed terms of deposit payments as well as amounts and deadlines for additional payments are available in the stay calculation document and general terms of participation sent by email. Each reservation should be accompanied by a detailed calculation of the stay price, the amount and deadline for the deposit payment, and the amount and deadline for the payment of the balance for the entire stay.
In the absence of the calculated deposit payment or full payment for the stay by the specified deadline, the reservation will be canceled.
Because a late transfer or remittance often arrives after the deadline, it is advisable to send a payment confirmation by email on the day of the transaction.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
in the tourist event organized by
EdenSpa.pl Spółka z o.o. based in Mielno,
at 20a Morska Street, hereinafter referred to as the Center
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- A participant of the tourist event is the person making the reservation (registering participation in the event: personally, by phone, online, email, fax, post) (Client) and other persons indicated in the reservation by the Client.
- The hotel day lasts from 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM. In case of stays with meals, the stay begins and ends with the meal specified in the offer and in correspondence with the center's reception. The key to the room is issued at 4:00 PM. The room must be vacated by 10:00 AM. After the Client reports the intention to check out, the Center may inspect the occupied room.
- The scope of services indicated in the offer and/or reservation confirmation (possible meals, treatments, other services) is specified in terms of subject and time. Meals and services unused within the period, for reasons attributable to the participant, cannot be exchanged or compensated in any other form - including cash.
- Treatments at the Center are performed by external entities. Payments for all treatments are collected at the reception, cash only – in advance, before the treatment is performed. The Center’s employees have the right to refuse treatment not prepaid. Invoices/Receipts for performed treatments are issued by external entities.
- Proof of entitlement to purchased services within the event may be identification wristbands issued to the Client by the Center on the event starting day. In such case, issuing meals, access to the pool, SPA complex, participation in physical activities and other services at the Center is available only to persons wearing the wristband correctly (the wristband must be fastened on the wrist). The Center’s employees have the right to refuse services to persons without a wristband. Issuing a new wristband to replace one deliberately destroyed by the Client is subject to a PLN 5 fee.
- Stay of unregistered persons is possible only after registration and payment of their stay. After 8:00 PM only registered persons with paid stay may be on the premises.
- Parking on the Center’s grounds is only allowed in designated areas. Depending on the stay period, parking spaces may be paid or free. Parking spaces are unguarded; the Center is not responsible for vehicle storage and thus not liable for damage or loss of the vehicle or belongings inside.
- The Client will be informed about applicable parking rules for the relevant period before the event starts. It is not possible to use the Center’s parking on conditions other than those described in item 7.
- There is a public, open-access parking area outside the Center premises.
RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS
- Payments for all stays are collected in advance. The room key is issued only to Clients with fully paid stays. Payment for participation in the event by the Client constitutes acceptance of these Conditions of Participation.
- Services provided at the Center are prepaid. For Clients wishing to use hotel credit, a pre-authorization of the payment card will be applied at check-in.
- Reservation of stay:
with an advance over 21 days requires a deposit of at least 40% of the event value within 24 hours from the date/time of registration or reservation. The remaining amount is due no later than 21 days before the planned stay. Payment terms and refund rules are described in the conditions for each reservation and stay type. Reservations made less than 21 days in advance require full payment within 24 hours from registration or reservation. - Reservations exceeding PLN 6,000, made more than 60 days before the planned stay require a 50% deposit within 24 hours of registration. Reservations made less than 60 days before the stay require full payment within 24 hours.
- Telephone reservations made up to 72 hours before the planned stay require full payment on the day of reservation and sending payment confirmation by email (recepcja@edenspa.pl). Without confirmation by 6:00 PM on the reservation day, the reservation is canceled, and the Client notified by email or phone (SMS). Subsequent stay is possible on a new reservation basis, subject to availability.
- Non-refundable offers cannot be modified or canceled. They require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Deposits related to the Client’s stay may be collected on site. Deposits secure claims for loss or damage of the Center’s equipment by the Client. Deposits are refunded within 7 days after stay end if no damage occurred, via cash or transfer to a written specified account.
- The Center may waive deposits for lending some equipment (bikes, sports equipment, child facilities). The Client must use and return equipment properly. In case of damage, loss, or malfunction due to Client fault, repair costs or replacement value must be paid immediately.
EVENT CANCELLATION
The Center reserves the right to cancel the event:
- due to reasons beyond its control (government decisions, force majeure, etc.).
- due to insufficient participant turnout. In both cases, the Client will be offered another event, a new date, or a full refund. Cancellation notification will be sent to the Client at least 10 days before the event date.
WITHDRAWALS FROM THE EVENT, SETTLEMENTS
- The Client may withdraw from the event by submitting a written statement. The withdrawal date is the date of receipt of the statement (with Client’s original signature), or the day following failure to perform an obligation (e.g., payment), or the stay start day if not attended.
- Deposits paid by the Client are non-refundable. Settlements follow the terms in item 3.
- The Client may transfer the reservation to another date; the deposit will apply to the new booking. The new stay must occur within 60 days from the original stay date. If the new stay does not take place accordingly, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If the Client transfers participation to another qualifying person before start and that person assumes obligations and pays, the Center will refund the original Client’s payments.
- In case of withdrawal during the event, the Client may be charged full stay cost.
- The Client may obtain cancellation insurance on their own or from the Center if available.
EVENT EXECUTION
- Clients are liable for damages caused by themselves or persons they are responsible for. If Client uses services worth more than paid, the difference must be paid by event end.
- The Client must familiarize and comply with the Center’s regulations, posted at the reception and on www.edenspa.pl.
- Clients attending physical activity programs must have appropriate clothing and footwear for safe participation. Instructions are provided with the reservation confirmation. Participation is at own risk. Clients with health concerns should consult a doctor and provide medical certificates.
- Stay packages are entirely commercial and not subsidized by government institutions, including Sanatorium Stays and Senior Packages.
- The Center does not provide medical or nursing care during the stay.
- Complaints and remarks must be submitted in writing during the stay to the management. They will be handled within 30 days of submission.
- Where not regulated, the Civil Code provisions apply.
EDEN Resort & Spa Regulations in Mielno-Unieście
HOTEL DAY, STAY RULES
- The hotel day lasts from 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM. For offers with meals the stay starts with the first included meal as confirmed. Meal times vary by stay period. Key issuance at 3:00 PM. Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
- For stays in family houses and apartments, check-in is during reception hours. Houses/apartments must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
- On check-in Client must check equipment condition per the Stay Card signed, confirming inventory condition. Any missing items must be reported immediately to reception.
- At check-out, the Center may inspect the rented house/apartment. Meters will be read and equipment checked. Settlement for utilities and damages will be made. Client has the right and should participate in inspection.
- Extended stay beyond hotel day hours on departure day is possible for extra fee (current info at reception) and only if no prior reservations.
FEES FOR STAY AND TREATMENTS, ENTITLEMENTS, DEPOSITS
- Stay fees are paid fully in advance. Keys are given only to Clients with full payment.
- Local tax is paid in cash at check-in.
- Treatment fees are paid in cash upfront at reception before treatment.
- Identification wristbands serve safety and confirm service entitlements. Access to infrastructure, meals, pool, SPA, activities, animations, and other services require wearing the wristband on the wrist. Staff may refuse services without wristband. Fee for new wristband replacing one damaged or removed by Client is PLN 5. The Center may waive wristband issuance on selected dates or stay types.
- Deposits may be collected for equipment loaned also in activity programs. Deposit refunded upon proper return. Client must use and return equipment properly; damage or loss costs borne by Client.
- Deposit (cash or credit card pre-authorization) is also required before stays in houses or apartments.
- Hotel credit usage requires Client’s credit card pre-authorization.
- Replacement charges: lost/damaged key/key fob/access card – PLN 50; bathrobe – PLN 200; Nordic walking poles – PLN 180; towel – PLN 35 each. Bicycle or other equipment damage fees are individually assessed.
VALUABLES, ORDER AND SAFETY
- The Center is liable for valuables (documents, money, securities, jewelry) only if deposited for safekeeping.
- The Center may refuse valuables deposit if items pose safety risk, excessive value, or take too much space.
- Clients must ensure doors and windows are closed, lights off, and unnecessary electrical devices turned off when leaving rooms/houses/apartments.
- Use of stoves, heaters, kettles, heaters, cooking devices not provided in the rooms/houses/apartments is prohibited.
- Smoking and open flames are strictly forbidden inside the Center premises including balconies and terraces. Violators pay PLN 500 penalty per cleaning/painting due to breach. Authorized staff may inspect rooms for compliance. Smoking allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
- Hygienic waste must not be flushed into toilets.
- Malfunctions and faults must be reported to reception immediately. Repairs may be done during Client’s absence with prior notice and consent.
- Room/apartment cleaning requests must be made at reception on weekdays by 11:00 AM. Standard room cleaning is once per 7-day stay; additional cleaning is PLN 50 each. House cleaning during stay is PLN 100 per cleaning on Client request. Apartment cleaning is free once per 7-day stay; additional at PLN 100 each.
- Houses and apartments have 4 beds and bedding sets. Additional guests are not provided beds or bedding. Towels are not included.
- Waste must only be disposed in designated containers. Segregated waste in marked bins.
- Room/apartment/house equipment is to be used as intended.
- The Center may refuse service to Clients who previously failed to pay, seriously breached regulations (including smoking bans), caused property damage, harmed guests, employees, or disrupted Center functioning.
CARS
- Parking only in designated spots assigned by the Center staff. Parking spots are paid and unguarded; the Center is not liable for vehicle or content damage or loss.
- Clients are informed about parking rules before their stay; no alternative parking rules apply. Public parking is outside the Center grounds.
- Parking on green areas, washing, or cleaning vehicles on site is prohibited.
- Parking fees are prepaid. Parking card issued at reception must be placed visibly under the vehicle windshield.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES, STAY PROGRAMS, POOL, TREATMENT FACILITY USE
- Participation in physical activities and treatment use is at Client’s own risk. Appropriate footwear and clothing required. Treatments and activities in stay packages cannot be exchanged or transferred.
- No medical or nursing care provided during stay. Sanatorium, Active, and Senior Packages require completion of Medical Questionnaire.
- Pool and SPA access is during designated hours, only with an electronic access card or correctly worn identification wristband. Usage time may be limited due to program, technical issues, group reservations, safety rules, and pool regulations. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Pool and SPA access may be included or charged extra, as specified in price lists and website offer descriptions.
- Safety rules must be strictly followed when using the pool, activities, recreational and rehabilitation devices. Hygiene rules must be followed before using these facilities.
- Clients must inform staff of any medical contraindications before activities or treatments. Participation confirms health suitability. Medical Questionnaire completion is required for treatments, physical activities, and diet use.
- During activities and use of recreational/rehabilitation devices, instructions from instructors, lifeguards, therapists, and staff must be followed.
- Clients must use treatments and activities on assigned dates.
- Some stay programs and group activities require minimum reservations. The Center may cancel stays or group activities if minimum numbers are not met.
OTHER
- The Center provides services according to its standards.
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. After 9:00 PM only registered guests with paid stays may be on premises.
- The café and dining room have a strict ban on bringing and consuming alcoholic beverages, drinks, and food purchased outside. Removing any food or products from these areas is prohibited for sanitary reasons. Swimming suits, robes, and outerwear are not permitted in these areas.
- Smoking tobacco products is strictly forbidden throughout the Center. Violations incur a PLN 500 penalty.
- Hotel reception hours are posted on information boards. Treatment facility reception has fixed hours with possible periodic changes.
- Invoices are issued upon prior submission (before payment) providing company VAT number or individual data for the invoice.
- Television is available free for private use during the stay, rented personally by Client for the duration.
- Pets are accepted in a limited scope after prior arrangement. Only small, non-aggressive, quiet pets with valid vaccinations are accepted. Pet fees and deposits apply. Pets allowed only in holiday houses and Scandinavian apartments.
- Personal belongings left in rooms/apartments/houses or on Center grounds will be stored for one month. Upon Client request, items can be sent to an address at Client’s expense. Without contact/instructions after one month, items will be donated to charity.
- Barbecuing is only allowed in designated areas. Any thermal processing of fish in houses or apartments is forbidden. Use of private heaters or gas/electric stoves in houses, rooms, or apartments is prohibited. Violation incurs PLN 500 penalty.
HOTEL DAY, STAY RULES
- The hotel day lasts from 3:00 PM to 10:00 AM. In case of offers including meals, the stay begins from the first purchased meal, according to the information provided to the Guest in the booking confirmation. Meal serving times vary depending on the stay period. The room key is issued at 3:00 PM. The room must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
- For stays in cottages and family apartments, check-in/accommodation is possible during the current reception hours of the center. The cottage/apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
- When checking into a cottage/apartment, the Guest is obliged to check the inventory status according to the signed Stay Card. Signing the Stay Card is equivalent to the Guest confirming the status and quantity of individual cottage/apartment equipment items. If any deficiencies in equipment are found during the stay, the Guest should report this immediately to the reception.
- After the Guest reports the intention to check out, the Center may inspect the occupied room, apartment, or cottage. During the stay in a room, cottage/apartment – before check-out, a Center employee reads the meters and inspects the equipment condition. Based on this, the deposit settlement is made, including charging for utilities and possible deductions for missing or damaged equipment. The Guest has the right and should participate in the handover upon check-out.
- Extending the stay (longer than the hotel day) on the day of departure is possible for an additional fee (current information available at reception) and only if the room, apartment, or cottage is not booked for earlier reservations.
FEES FOR STAY AND TREATMENTS, ENTITLEMENTS TO SERVICES, DEPOSITS, PETS
- Stay fees must be paid in full in advance. The key to the room, apartment, or cottage is issued only to Guests who have fully paid for their stay.
- The local fee is payable exclusively in cash, in advance upon check-in.
- Fees for all treatments must be paid in cash at the reception – in advance before the treatment.
- Identification wristbands serve safety purposes and confirm entitlements to purchased services. Use of the Center's infrastructure, meal issuance, access to the pool and SPA complex, and participation in exercise classes, animations, and other services provided at the Center are only for persons wearing a properly fastened (wristband must be worn on the wrist) appropriate wristband. Center employees have the right and obligation to refuse services to persons without a wristband. Issuance of a new wristband to replace one intentionally damaged/removed by the Guest is subject to a fee of 5 PLN. The Center reserves the right to discontinue issuance of wristbands on selected dates or for certain stay types.
- Deposits may be collected at reception for renting certain equipment, including those used within the exercise program. The deposit is refundable upon returning the equipment in a non-deteriorated technical condition. The Guest agrees to properly use the provided equipment and return it on time in good condition. In case of damage, loss, or destruction caused by the Guest, the Guest is obliged to immediately cover repair costs or pay its equivalent if the equipment is lost or beyond repair.
- A deposit (in cash or by credit card preauthorization) is also collected before the stay in cottages or apartments.
- A condition for using hotel credit is the preauthorization on the Guest's credit card.
- A fee of 50 PLN applies for lost/damaged keys and/or key fobs to the room/cottage/apartment or access card to the pool area. Lost/damaged bathrobe – fee of 250 PLN, lost/damaged Nordic Walking poles – fee of 200 PLN, lost/damaged towel – fee of 35 PLN each. Fees for any bicycle or other equipment damage are priced individually.
- Fees
- Pets are accepted by the Center in a limited scope – only in designated rooms, cottages, and apartments upon prior agreement with the Center. The planned pet stay must be reported during booking and requires the Center’s approval, included in the reservation confirmation. The Center accepts only small, non-aggressive, and quiet pets (cats and dogs) with a valid vaccination record. An additional fee (as specified in the price list) and a 300 PLN deposit payable as described in point 11 are charged for the pet's stay. The Center is not responsible for the pet.
- The deposit secures claims for damages caused by the pet. The deposit is settled; if it does not cover the damage, the Guest must top it up. The deposit will be refunded unless the pet caused damage, especially contamination requiring non-standard cleaning, and the costs exceed the deposit amount.
- In case of keeping pets on the Center's premises without prior consent, the Center reserves the right to cease providing services to the Guest, and the Guest has no claims related to this.
- The Guest is obliged to clean up after the pet and ensure the pet does not disturb other guests. If the Guest fails to meet this obligation or the pet does not meet the requirements in point 13.a. third sentence, the Center has the right to demand the removal of the pet from the premises.
VALUABLES, ORDER, AND SAFETY
- The owner of the center is responsible for valuables (documents, money, securities, jewelry) if they have been entrusted for safekeeping.
- The center owner may refuse to accept valuables for safekeeping if they pose a safety risk, are of excessive value, or occupy too much space.
- Each time leaving the room/apartment/cottage, the Guest should ensure that doors and windows are locked, lights are off, and unnecessary electrical appliances are switched off.
- Use of stoves, heaters, kettles, heaters, cooking machines, and similar devices not included in the room equipment is prohibited in rooms, cottages, and apartments.
- Smoking tobacco products or using open flames is prohibited in any rooms within the center as well as on balconies and terraces. Persons violating this may be charged a contractual penalty of 500 PLN per case, regardless of additional cleaning or repainting costs caused by the violation. Authorized Center staff have the right to inspect rooms/apartments/cottages for compliance if staff observations, comments, or guest complaints arise. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
- Hygienic waste should not be flushed in toilets.
- All malfunctions and defects must be reported to the reception immediately upon detection. Repairs may be carried out during the Guest’s absence from the room/cottage/apartment after informing the Guest and obtaining consent.
- Room and apartment cleaning services should be requested at the hotel reception on working days (Monday to Friday) by 11:00 AM. Room cleaning is provided up to twice per 7-day stay; additional cleaning costs 50 PLN per cleaning. Cottage cleaning during the stay is available for 50 PLN per cleaning upon Guest’s request. Apartment cleaning is provided once free per 7-day stay; additional cleaning costs 50 PLN per cleaning.
- Cottages and apartments have 4 sleeping places and 4 sets of bed linen. Additional guests do not have guaranteed beds or bedding. Cottage equipment does not include towels.
- Waste must be thrown only into designated containers. Segregated waste must be placed in properly marked containers.
- All room/cottage/apartment equipment must be used according to its intended purpose.
- The Center may refuse re-admission to a Guest who during previous stays did not pay required fees, grossly violated regulations (including the smoking ban), caused damage to the Center’s or guests’ property or persons, or otherwise disturbed other guests’ stay or the operation of the Center.
CARS
- Parking on the premises is only possible in designated areas determined by the Center staff. Parking spaces are paid (unless otherwise waived during the period) and unguarded; the Center is not responsible for vehicle storage or damage or loss of vehicles and their contents.
- Before the stay, the Guest is informed about parking rules applicable for the period and offer. Use of parking on the premises under conditions other than those in points 26 and 28-29 is not possible. A public parking lot is located outside the Center.
- Parking on green areas and washing or cleaning cars on the premises is prohibited.
- Paid parking spots must be paid in advance. To use a parking place on the premises, the reception issues a parking card, one part of which must be visibly placed under the front windshield of the car.
EXERCISE CLASSES, STAY PROGRAMS, POOL, USE OF TREATMENT FACILITIES
- Participation in exercise classes and use of treatments is at the sole responsibility of the Guest. The Guest is required to have appropriate footwear and clothing for the activities. Classes and treatments included in stay packages cannot be exchanged for other services or transferred to others.
- The Center does not provide nursing or medical care during the stay. Participation in Sanatorium Stay, Active Package, or Senior Package requires filling out a Medical Survey.
- Access to the pool and SPA complex is at designated hours and only with an electronic access card or properly worn identification wristband. Pool and SPA access time may be limited due to recreational program, technical issues, group bookings, and safety rules. Detailed pool usage rules are specified in the Pool Rules, which must be reviewed in advance. All children up to 10 years may use the pool only under adult supervision.
- Depending on the purchased offer, pool and SPA access may be included in the stay price or charged additionally. This information is in stay price lists and offer descriptions at www.edenspa.pl.
- Safety rules must be strictly followed when using the pool, exercise classes, recreational, and rehabilitation equipment. Hygiene rules must be observed before entering the pool, using treatment facilities, or using recreational and rehabilitation devices.
- Before starting any recreational classes or treatments, the Guest must inform staff about individual medical recommendations or contraindications. Starting participation or treatments constitutes confirmation that the Guest’s health allows safe participation. Completing the medical survey is a condition of using treatments, exercise programs, and diet.
- During recreational classes and use of recreational and rehabilitation equipment, instructions from instructors, lifeguards, therapists, and treatment facility staff must be followed.
- The Guest is obliged to use treatments and attend classes at scheduled times.
- Some stay programs and group classes require a minimum number of reservations for a given period. The Center has the right to cancel stays or classes due to insufficient interest.
OTHER
- The Center provides services according to its standard.
- Quiet hours apply from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. After 9:00 PM, only guests with paid stays may be on the premises.
- Bringing and consuming alcohol, beverages, and food purchased outside the center is strictly prohibited in the café and dining room. For sanitary reasons, taking any meals or food products out of the dining room is strictly forbidden. Please do not remain in the dining room or café wearing swimwear, bathrobes, or outerwear.
- Smoking tobacco products is strictly prohibited throughout the entire center.
- Hotel reception hours are as indicated on current notices displayed on the center’s information boards. The treatment facility reception is open during designated hours as posted. Temporary changes in reception hours are allowed.
- Invoices are issued only based on fiscal receipts (Guests should keep receipts until the end of their stay).
- TV sets are provided free of charge for private use during the stay; the Guest borrows the TV set for personal use during the stay.
- Personal items left in rooms/apartments/cottages or on the Center’s premises will be stored for 1 month. Upon Guest request, items may be sent to a specified address; shipping costs are borne by the Guest. Without contact or instructions from the Guest within 1 month from departure, items will be donated to charity.
- Grilling is allowed only in designated areas. Any thermal processing of fish in cottages or apartments is prohibited.
Please note that Eden Center reserves the right to secure payment for the stay and other ordered services in cash or by credit card (a valid credit card with embossed letters and CVV/CV2/CID code on the back must be presented). The Guest signs a statement consenting to charging the credit card for ordered services as a payment guarantee.
Keys to rooms, cottages, or apartments are issued only to persons with fully paid stays.
