The buildings are located on the monitored grounds of Eden Resort & Spa, 100 meters from the entrance to the beach. Two-level layout separates the living area from the bedrooms.

The interiors have a clear division into two levels:

Ground floor (Day area): Spacious living room with a sofa and dining table and a toilet.
Convenient kitchenette: Each apartment has its own kitchen facilities for preparing meals.
Private terrace: Direct access from the living room to the outside (ground floor), equipped with terrace furniture.
Upper floor (Night area): The main bedroom providing privacy is located here.
Balcony and bathroom: The bedroom on the upper floor has access to its own balcony. The main bathroom is also located on this level.

A family moment in a hotel room: parents and child playing with blocks on the bed, a large bed, bedside lamp, laptop and drinks.

2+1, 2+2 and up to 2+3.
The split over floors ensures comfort for multi-person stays. The units are located in a safe part of the 2-hectare resort, adjacent to the playgrounds.
