Project implemented by:
entitled 'Professional Saunarium with an ice grotto and a brine graduation tower as a diversification of services of the Eden SPA Mielno hotel.'
Project objective:
The main objective of the project is the diversification of EdenSpa.pl Sp. z o.o.'s operations through the implementation of a new, professional Saunarium complex, which will allow the acquisition of new customer groups, obtaining new sources of revenue, and protecting the business against random events such as a pandemic.
The main objective of the SME project will be achieved through the following specific objectives:
- Construction of a new Saunarium complex - for hotel guests and external visitors
- Implementation of digital transformation and automation of guest service (reservation system, check-in kiosk) - for all hotel and external guests
- Increasing the building's energy efficiency through investment in heat pumps
- Provision of consulting services involving a change in the business model aimed at diversification and expansion of activities.
The following tasks will be carried out within the project:
- Construction of the Saunarium.
- Support of the building's energy system through the purchase of a heat pump
- Automation of check-in processes.
- Provision of consulting services in the field of business diversification.
- Management of sales channels for sauna services.
Project outcome:
As a result of the project, EdenSpa.pl Sp. z o.o. will expand its service offering with a modern Saunarium complex available to hotel guests and external visitors. This will allow the company to attract new customer groups from the region as well as business clients. New infrastructure and technological solutions will increase the facility's competitiveness and financial resilience, especially in crisis situations. The facility will gain year-round appeal and improve energy efficiency, reducing operating costs.
