Fee charged on-site on the day of arrival

Local tax: 3.40 PLN/day/adult/child on behalf of and for the City Office in Mielno.

In Scandinavian apartments and Dutch houses, it is possible to prepare basic meals, but cooking meals, dinners, etc. is not allowed - kitchenettes are equipped with a kettle, refrigerator, microwave, and basic kitchen utensils (cutlery, glasses, plates). * Note! Hotel rooms, Scandinavian apartments, and family houses are not adapted for the use of electric stoves, gas stoves, electric heaters, etc. The resort regulations prohibit the use of such devices on your own. For unauthorized and improper use of the aforementioned devices, the owner has the right to keep the entire deposit according to the resort regulations or impose a penalty of 500 PLN.
Smoking tobacco on the entire resort premises is prohibited. Smokers are invited to a designated smoking area on the property. Smoking in rooms and on the property is forbidden - penalty 500 PLN.
Note! Availability of certain services such as pool, SPA complex, café, dining room, massages, etc., is subject to applicable GIS regulations at the time, e.g., due to the COVID-2019 pandemic.

To confirm this reservation whole stay amount needs to be paid upfront. In case of cancellation, modifications or not showing up on the arrival date no refunds will be made.

Animals

Animals are not welcome in hotel rooms. We agree to keep pets that are easy to take care of in holiday houses and Scandinavian apartments.

Children

Children 0-4 years old ( finished years ) can stay free of charges with amount of meals picked in our offer. Child does not get extra bed, he sleeps with parents. Children 4-12 years old ( finished years) get a discount. Price is included in current offer. Crib for babys ( without bedding ) free of charges in rooms, ask for availability at reception. We also offer bathtubes with a stand for small children. We do not offer bathrobes for kids.

Parking

Every car that stays in our parking lot has to be reported at reception and has to have valid parking lot card.
